Delivery
If you spend more than €50 in our webshop, shipping is free within the Netherlands. If you spend more than €75, you benefit from free shipping to Belgium and Germany. For other countries, please consult the table below. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days by PostNL. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
International delivery
Please see the table below for current shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Shipping time is an indication; i am jai is not responsible for any delays.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. The responsibility and costs for a return shipment are for your own account. We recommend that you send the return shipment with a track & trace code.
