Unique and Handmade

Our products are made from natural stones and materials, which means slight imperfections or color variations may occur. These unique details add character and serve as a reminder that each piece is handmade and not machine-produced.

I AM JAI is designed in Amsterdam (AM) and carefully crafted in Jaipur (JAI), India. Our jewelry is made with 18-karat gold plating on silver or brass, combined with carefully selected semi-precious stones. For our accessories, we use vintage or repurposed fabrics, giving them a stylish and meaningful second life.

Jewelry care

Take good care of your jewelry to maintain its beauty. Here are some handy tips for maintaining your i am jai jewelry. We recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed, showering or swimming, as this can cause loss of color and shine.

Also try to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions or other make-up. These substances can damage the stones or the gold layer. Preferably store your jewelry in a jewelry box, in a cool, dark place, and avoid storing it in the bathroom or other humid environments.

But the most important thing is to enjoy your jewelry to the fullest!

Shipping and returns

Shipping: For orders over €100, shipping within the Netherlands is free. If you spend more than €100, your order will be shipped free of charge to Belgium. As soon as your package leaves our office, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Click here for more shipping details.

Returns:We hope you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return costs and shipping are at your own expense.
