Due to the use of vintage and hand printed fabrics, slight imperfections and color variations may occur. We believe this adds to its charm and beauty and reminds us that this is made by hand and not by machines.

I AM JAI Jewellery is designed in Amsterdam (AM) and produced in the jewellery capital of India: Jaipur (JAI). Our jewellery is characterised by the use of 18-carat gold plated on silver or brass, combined with semi-precious stones.

We are truly impressed by the craftsmanship of all our artisans, whether they are cutting stones or processing beads. Together they create beautiful handmade items with minimal intervention from machines. We are committed to operating as consciously as possible, with attention to both the materials we use and our production methods.

Can I shower or swim with the jewelry?

We recommend taking off your jewelry when showering
or swimming. Contact with water, soap, chlorine, or saltwater can in the long
term affect the shine and quality of the jewelry. By taking off your jewelry when
showering or swimming, they will stay beautiful longer.

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 3 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is usually 1–3 business days, depending on PostNL.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, it's €8.95. For orders over €100, we offer free shipping.

 

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.
