We are looking for an all-round employee.
A fun and versatile job. You work in a small team of two people in which you can make a difference and are given a lot of responsibility. You can make the work your own and despite the different responsibilities you strive for an optimal result. From order processing to webshop management and from customer service to marketing. Never a dull moment. Are you a fixer and is Excel familiar territory for you? Are you crazy about fashion; then we are looking for you!
What are you going to do:
- You are responsible for processing orders and reorders for both wholesale and webshop
- First point of contact for customers via email and telephone
- Complaints and returns handling
- Communicating with our team in India. Placing orders and monitoring production status
- Receiving and checking the India orders and keeping the stock up to date
- You are punctual in processing administrative data on the computer
- Assisting and preparing photo shoots
What do we expect from you:
- HBO thinking and working level with at least 1-2 years of work experience
- You are enthusiastic, flexible and have a great sense of responsibility
- You work accurately and in a structured manner
- You have a hands-on mentality and are proactive
- You enjoy working in a small team
- Good social and communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
- You are available 3 to 4 days a week and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality

Picker
We are a small team with big ambitions. In addition to our jewelry line, we started our own clothing line in 2019. We work with short lines and love a hands-on mentality. We work hard but also have fun!
We are looking for an order picker for 2 days a week. A fun and versatile job at a fast-growing fashion label. You will work in a small team of 2 people in which you are responsible for carefully collecting and packing our retail and webshop orders. Are you careful and flexible and a bit handy with jewelry then we are looking for you!
What are you going to do:
- Carefully selecting our retail orders
- Neatly packing the parcels
- Processing incoming orders from India in the computer
What do we expect from you:
- You are accurate and structured so that orders are shipped correctly
- Good social and communication skills
- You are flexible and enjoy working in a small team
- You are available 2 days a week and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality

From our office in Amsterdam, the entire process from design development, sales, to sending all orders is controlled. The production of all our products is in India. In addition to selling to our retailers, we also have our own webshop. In short; a young, small, fast-growing fashion company where you can discover all facets of entrepreneurship.
What are you going to do?
- Creating original content for social media and webshop
- Maintaining our social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Monitoring our corporate identity on various channels, both offline and online
- Assisting and brainstorming for photo shoots and events
- Analyzing market developments and developing new ideas
- It is a work placement where, in addition to the above activities, daily activities may also occur if necessary, such as order processing.
What do we expect from you:
- A relevant HBO education in marketing/communication/media
- You are creative and proactive
- Social media is 'your middle name'
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Knowledge of photography is an advantage
- Masters the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
