Due to the fact that each item is handmade and the fabric is printed by hand, our handmade products may have slight imperfections and color variations. I AM JAI Jewellery is designed in Amsterdam (AM) and produced in the jewellery capital of India: Jaipur (JAI). Our jewellery is characterised by the use of 18-carat gold plated on silver or brass, combined with semi-precious stones.

Vakmanschap

Wij zijn werkelijk onder de indruk van het vakmanschap van al onze ambachtslieden, of ze nu stenen slijpen of kralen verwerken. Samen creëren ze prachtige handgemaakte items met minimale tussenkomst van machines. We zetten ons in om zo bewust mogelijk te opereren, met aandacht voor zowel de materialen die we gebruiken als onze productiemethoden.

Kan ik met de sieraden douchen of zwemmen?

We raden aan om je sieraden af te doen tijdens het douchen
of zwemmen. Contact met water, zeep, chloor of zout water kan op de lange
termijn de glans en kwaliteit van het sieraad beïnvloeden. Door je sieraden af
te doen bij het douchen of zwemmen blijven ze langer mooi.

Wat is de levertijd?

Bestellingen voor 15.00 besteld worden dezelfde dag verzonden. De levertijd binnen Nederland en België is meestal 1–3 werkdagen afhankelijk van Postnl.

Wat zijn de verzendkosten?

De verzendkosten bedragen €4,95 voor Nederland. Voor Belgie en duitsland is het €8,95. Bij bestellingen boven €100 bieden wij gratis verzending.

 

Kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?

Je kunt je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren, zolang het product ongebruikt is en in de originele verpakking zit. Let op: Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. Bedankt voor je begrip.
